Available 24 hours, 7 days a week The State Attorney Victim advocates are on call 24/7 to all law enforcement agencies and provide assistance to victims with Victim Compensation applications, as well as escort them through the judicial process, including post-conviction services. They provide support, advocacy, counseling, emergency cell phones, emergency financial aid, information and referral services, and transportation. There are no fees involved
